We use these when camping and they are STURDY! Pick them up fully loaded by one corner and they perform like melamine. Juices do not soak through. We grilled ribeye steaks and the steak knife doesn’t damage these plates! When we’re done they go in the campfire. Very impressed; these will be a staple in our camp kitchen supplies.
